All applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before your order is completed.
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, particularly during peak periods or because of delays experienced by our shipping partners. - Delays in delivery where an attempted delivery has been made within the stated delivery timeframe.
Some deliveries may not require a signature and may be left in a safe location at your delivery address in accordance with Australia Post's standard delivery procedures.
If you choose to collect your order from our store, you must collect it within 14 days of receiving notification that it is ready for collection. Orders not collected within this period will be considered abandoned and returned to our warehouse. A refund will be issued for the order value, less any applicable shipping and handling charges, together with a re-stocking fee of up to $20 per order, depending on the order.
Home DFO reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any delivery options at its sole discretion without prior notice.
