Delivery / Shipping

Your order will be supplied exactly as outlined in your order confirmation.

Standard and Express Shipping are available and are subject to different shipping fees and charges. Certain products, including large, bulky, or special-order items, may incur additional delivery charges. All applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before your order is completed.

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, particularly during peak periods or because of delays experienced by our shipping partners. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery for both Standard and Express Shipping.

Express Shipping is only available for selected locations and eligible orders. Availability will be confirmed during checkout.

A signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. Home DFO will not be responsible for:

  • Lost or missing parcels that have been signed for at your nominated delivery address, regardless of whether you personally accepted the delivery.
  • Lost or missing parcels that have been left at your requested location after you have provided authority for the carrier to leave the parcel.
  • Delays in delivery where an attempted delivery has been made within the stated delivery timeframe.

Some deliveries may not require a signature and may be left in a safe location at your delivery address in accordance with Australia Post's standard delivery procedures.

If you choose to collect your order from our store, you must collect it within 14 days of receiving notification that it is ready for collection. Orders not collected within this period will be considered abandoned and returned to our warehouse. A refund will be issued for the order value, less any applicable shipping and handling charges, together with a re-stocking fee of up to $20 per order, depending on the order.

Home DFO reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any delivery options at its sole discretion without prior notice.
